1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Bath and spa products (bath bombs, salts, oils, soaps, spa gift sets)

  • Personal care items

  • Gift baskets containing consumable or hygiene‑based items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

3. Product‑Specific Guidelines

Handmade Jewelry: Must be unworn and undamaged. Apparel (including baby bodysuits): Must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or pet hair. Gift Sets: Items containing non‑returnable components cannot be returned.

4. Return Process

To request a return, email customerservice@unionandember.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for defective items, incorrect items, or apparel size changes (subject to availability).

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. Lost‑in‑transit packages will be reviewed with the carrier.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not been processed or shipped.
